A campaign promoting the green side of life

 The Events under Green for Life will be as follows:

 Give out Recyclable bags (from Carrefour) on a Khushali Night. Comes up to around AED 500 if we buy 1000 bags

Questions related to Green Environment will be presented in a form of a Quiz during the Quran Khani session to darsa students

Green Line Emails: Whenever the secretariat sends an update, a small line with a green message or fact will be put in.

Encourage the public to use the metro to help the environment in various ways. We would need to coordinate and inform the general body about this idea and portray it to them in such a way that they actually end up using it. (Can the Jamaat Arrange transportations to & Fro the Metro???)

Posters with facts and phrases about conserving the environment, stuck on the wall above the wash basins and maybe on the doors.

Eye Catching fact or statement sent to everyone via SMS on a weekly basis.

We will encourage the community to recycle newspapers and PET bottles and so we will arrange a drop off point near the kitchen which will be emptied every 2 days.
