We have noticed over the last few weeks that many parents/guardians are double parking / waiting in their cars whilst dropping or picking up their children leading to traffic congestion on the road as well as creating a hazardous situation. The Madrasah has around 600 students attending and their safety is of utmost importance.

Taking the above into consideration, the following rules will now be applicable, effective Saturday 11th Feb 2012 to prevent any unwanted incidents:

a) Parents/guardians who are there to pick up their children from the Madrasah should park their car in the designated parking areas.

b) At no time is a car allowed to pick up or drop off students/parents/guardians near the main gate on either side of the road. Quick Drop offs (No waiting) will be permitted near the Ghusl Kafan / Senior Ladies room entrance but is not encouraged as this contributes to traffic congestion. However picking up is not allowed from this area too.

c) No car can be parked in the area outside the main black gate between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm. This includes the area on both sides of the main gate until the length of the building.

d) All mothers/women picking up their children whose classes are in the main building, should enter from the ladies entrance and all fathers/men must enter from the main black gate as has been happening for the last few months.

We take the safety of our students very seriously and request co-operation from all parties concerned on this.
