A Special General Meeting will be held at Satwa Imambargah on Thursday February 16, 2012 after the program at the Imambargah with the following Agenda:

10:15 pm - Registration
10:30 pm - To discuss, deliberate and approve the budget of the upcoming Ladies Sports Festival to be held in Mombasa in April, 2012
11:30 pm - Close

This is a very important meeting and duly registered Members are requested to attend on time and participate. Ladies are invited to attend.
