A Special General Meeting for Ladies will be held at Satwa Imambargah on Saturday 18 February, 2012 from 8:15 pm onwards with the following Agenda:

8:15 pm - Registration

8:30 pm
- To discuss, deliberate and approve EITHER the Election or the Appointment of the Chairlady of KSIMC of Dubai by the Chairman
- To discuss, deliberate and approve EITHER the Election of the remaining positions of Vice Chairlady, Treasurer, Head of Religious Affairs, and Head of Centre Facilities OR Provide the Chairlady a Mandate to Appoint the said positions

9:30 pm - Close

The Final outcome will then be presented in the Special General Meeting (to be convened at a later date on the Gents side) for final approval.

This is a very important meeting. All Ladies' members (Dependant of Full members) are requested to attend on time and participate.

10:15 pm - Registration
10:30 pm - To discuss, deliberate and approve the budget of the upcoming Ladies Sports Festival to be held in Mombasa in April, 2012
11:30 pm - Close

This is a very important meeting and duly registered Members are requested to attend on time and participate. Ladies are invited to attend.
