Ramadhan Competitions

In addition to the daily Qur'an Khani program, the Education Board
is also organizing various competitions on the Qur'an for the
different age groups.

Ramadhan 1430/2009 -
Qur'an Registration
July 5, 2009:
Registration for Ramadhan Qur'an Khani (Darsa) is now open. The
contest happens between Iftar and Dua every evening of the Holy
Month, and is open to boys aged 6-18, and to girls aged 5-17.
Deadline for registration is August 10, 2009.
Registration is
now closed.

Madrasah Yearbook 2009
June
24, 2009: The grade 11 girls from Madrasah Al Muhammadiyyah have
contributed in making the yearbook 09. The articles are very
interesting and informative pertaining to various subjects. We
hope everyone can benefit from the information that has been
put together.

Madrasah Announcements
May 12, 2009:
1. The Last
Day of Madrasah for All Students (Boys Section, Girls Section
and Zainabiyya) will be on SAT. 16/05.
2. Madrasah will be closed from 17/05 onwards for summer break
and will reopen after Ramadan.
3. Parents Day and Report Distribution for All Madrasah Students
(Boys and Girls Section) will be held at Satwa on SAT. 30/05 at
8.00 p.m. All Parents and children are requested to attend on
time.

Additional Madrasah
classes move to Al Qouz
March 16,
2009: Al Madrasah Al Muhammadiyya wishes to inform ALL parents
that the boys in classes 4,5,6 will be moving to Al Quoz from
Saturday 21 March, 2009.
Kindly note that parents dropping off their children should take
the boys directly to Al Quoz. Those who will be using the Bus
will need to inform Br. Shiraz Bhurwani or Sr. Fawzia Mohamed to
register their child.

New Madrassah Premises
and Transport Survey
January 3, 2009:
Madrassah al Muhammadiyya would like to announce the move to the new
premises at Al Sadiq Madrassah in Al Qouz Inshallah on the 10th of
January 2009.
All girls classes
from 1-11 and the boys classes from 1-6 a will be moving there. Boys classes from 7-11
s well as the Zainabiyya
(pre madressa) will
continue in Satwa.
The timings for
both Madressa will be from 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday mornings.

TeleQur'an
24 October, 2008:
Madressa Muhamadiyya had launched a Telequran scheme in the
summer.
In this program Quran teachers teach Quran over the phone. This
program is very successful and it is still running.

encourage the learning process, Madrasah Al Muhammadiyya has
launched a series of contests. Each of these contests are listed

For New
Admissions to Al-Madrasah Al-Muhammadiyyah please download
the form below (Click on the image below), print it, fill it
out and attach passport copy and 2 photos. Hand-over the
forms to Madrasah office or to the Girls Section Principal
Sr. Aarifa K. Suleman or to the Boys Section Principal Br.
Rizwan Manji. In case of any queries, you may always
contact us.
Please
note that Madrasah Academic year runs from Sept. to May
every year. Admission forms must be given by end of July
every year. Only after Parents receive confirmation
of admission, they should start bringing the children to
Madrasah.
